Morgan Weadock, Senior Operations Analyst
Morgan joined Joel Isaacson & Co., LLC in 2019 as a member of the Operations Team. She specializes in improving efficiencies for our back-end client service processes & managing several of our databases, including our portfolio management system & CRM. Her roles include tracking revenue & internal KPI’s, reviewing our custodial feeds for inaccuracies in reporting & coordinating with our tech vendors that provide us the software we use to service our clients.
Morgan earned a BSBA concentrating in Finance from Northeastern University in 2017. She is a member of Ellevate’s NYC chapter & serves on the programming team. Prior to joining the JICO team, she was a CSA for the Client Advisory group at Massey Quick Simon (now known as Simon Quick) in Morristown, NJ. At Northeastern, she was a part of Thrive and ran financial literacy workshops for students. This experience is what led her to become interested in the financial planning industry.
Morgan lives in Jersey City with her husband and their rescue dog, Coach. She enjoys boxing/HIIT, trying new restaurants with her friends & going to the Jersey Shore to visit her family.
