Hannah Woolley, CFP®

Hannah Woolley, CFP® began her career at Joel Isaacson & Co. in 2009. She is an expert at customizing comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families that keep their long-term goals and objectives in mind. Hannah is dedicated to forming meaningful relationships with her clients and enjoys helping them plan for major life events like saving for college, navigating a liquidity event and readying for retirement.

In 2023, Hannah received recognition as one of Forbes’ “Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In-State” & “Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-in-State” for New York City.

Hannah received her BS in Finance from Lehigh University and holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. She is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of NYC, the Financial Planning Association and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors. She also serves as co-leader of Chapter Event Programming for the Ellevate Network New York Chapter where she plans events to support women in business.

Hannah lives in Westchester county with her husband and two daughters. She is an avid runner and has completed several marathons and half marathons.
